Angel Forman is a Golden Retriever from Boston Bar, British Columbia, Canada. In 2010, she saved Austin Forman from an attack by a cougar. At the time Angel was 1 1/2 and Austin was 11 years old. A cougar had went after Austin and Angel got in the middle and fought with the cougar. She sustained non life-threatening injuries in a dual with the wild cougar that lasted about 20 minutes.

After the incident, Austin Forman said of Angel, "She's more than a best friend now, she's my guardian angel."
